Belly Dance Classes

Belly dancing offers the student/performer an enjoyable form of exercise to the exotic music of the Middle East.  The belly dance is an enduring, sensual form of dance incorporating artistic steps and ancient techniques.  The dancer will learn to respond to the music and may experience the satisfaction of creating original routines to express one of the most beautiful art forms in the world today.  Tone and limber every inch of your body; relax and get back in touch with your personality; awaken your imagination.  Whatever your age, size or shape, you too can enjoy the benefits of this beautiful art form.
